There are many ways to keep your skins nourished before sleeping.


Here are some tips:


- Putting on a mask before sleeping, 2-3 times a week to keep

your skin bright and glow。


- Putting on cucumber pieces before sleeping, take it off after

3-5 mins, keep doing it consistently for 1 month can make

your face fairer and smoother.


- Before sleeping, dab some toner on facial cotton and spread

it on your face for 10-15 mins, keep doing it consistently for 3

times a week can make your face clean and bright.

- 睡前可以敷面膜,一周内可进行2-3次,以保证皮肤的水亮
